When people dont accept your thoughts and ideas ......

17th December 2018

When People dont accept my thoughts and ideas and the ways I am, I feel bad and sad. Next moment I realise, may be I am not mature enough either to express my thoughts, may be my preparation and homework is not enough, may be my thoughts are incoherent. The next moment I realise ...  my work towards excellence needs to be more intense, clear and godly. The next moment I realise Gods grace on me for realizing  atleast this much for the time being." - LbnRaj moorunaaku.blogspot.in

AM I PERFECT?

I think I lost my passion for being perfect. I now tend to think that pursuing perfection is not that appealing an option. Pursuing Excellence seems to be more  inclined towards natures abundance. I will continue to work on this new found option. Cheers! lbnraj ; https://moorunaaku.blogspot.in/ 6th April 2018

Road To Excellence ....

"Road to excellence is a road to satisfaction, happiness and bliss. Road to excellence is a mission for the good of all those who are  around you. It is a highest order of being at your best. No one has a right to block or obstruct you. Resolve not to compromise with any one be it your near/dear ones, your boss, subordinates in this mission of yours.  Dare to face the consequence, move further and further on this road to excellence. Never ever settle down for less and  mediocrity. Go further and further into abundance in whatever you do and say. Dont give up. It will be act of timidity. Be at your best come what may." - LbnRaj ; 18th March 2017 ;  https://moorunaaku.blogspot.in/2017/03/road.html

Be the person who will run short of time to acknowledge people who continue to complement.

"Appreciation is good. It inspires and motivates for going ahead towards excellence. Dont get stuck on that. Reward yourself, learn to complement and appreciate yourself. You cant stop by to have appreciation, prizes and rewards. If they come it is fine, if they dont, then also it is fine. Enjoy life by being the best and doing the best, rest leave it to God." Maintain distance with those who advise you to be practical ......

"If you are in search of truth, if you are on your way to excellence, if you are bent upon creating miracles, if you are bent upon doing the impossible, then do away or distance yourself away from people who advise you to be practical and realistic. It is not safe to be with them. It is risky to spend time with them. They can blur your dream." - LbnRaj ; moorunaaku.blogspot.in ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj ; lotus5673@yahoo.co.in

On success, excellence and happiness

"Mohan does small things in great ways.  He puts in the best of his efforts in Whatever he does and say.  He believes that nothing is impossible. He does not bother if things dont happen in desired ways. He continues to put in his best even if he continues to fail. Among-st the people around him he is know to be a person who does small things in great ways. Often people mock at him for being so simple, honest and sincere. People find it hard to realise the reasons for which he continues to be happy and contentedness. He is bent upon achieving the best in all things he does,  in right ways, come what may.
Mahesh is educated, intelligent and smart. Mahesh does great things in smart and at times in mean ways. he always believes in the policy of Putting in the Least and Reaping the Most. Continues to have promotions and have ample of money regularly and consistently. Becomes sad and frustrated on a regular basis consistently when things dont happen in desired ways. He continues to pose to be successful and happy., but internally is is not. He seems to live with feelings of fear and guilt. He always at getting the best rewards possible in life, with or without efforts. He continues to believe that to Live and Live happily is a hard thing to achieve. He continues to believe that good job, wealth and fame dont come by right ways, they need to be grabbed in smart ways. He did great things in life for which neither he is happy nor the people around.  People around him found him to be mean, selfish and hopeless.  Surprisingly, internally he continues to realise that he is not a happy person, and that he cannot be a happy person. He continues to realise that his achievement and accolades are fake and unreal.
I BOLDLY AND HONESTLY APPRECIATE THE WAY MOHAN LIVES HIS LIFE, THE WAY HE TAKES EVERY THING TO BE POSITIVE." - LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj

When we are engaged in doing right things, we need to cultivate the habit of being bold to put things right, come what may.

Image result for doing right things"When we are on right track and engaged in doing right things we need to be more bold and stubborn. We need to cultivate the habit of being stubborn and firm. We need to be ready to be unpopular as well. On our path to excellence, let us not allow any one to dilute our efforts even if they are elder or senior to us. This is what is true boldness. Good news is, when results come right, those who seem to have opposed also will come and pat us. There is no other way." LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj
