When some one hurts

"When some one hurts or troubles me, I dont tend to give it back. I only may try to explain that the thing done was wrong. As I dont get into the mode of giving it back ..... I tend to carry the hurt .... that some one did some thing wrong to me, said a wrong thing to me. I need some time to cope up.
