Every down you encounter makes way for a new beginning and re-assertion ...

Every down you encounter opens up new new avenues and ways. You may or may not be the reason for your downs. You need to won the lows as you own the ups. Two things happen in our lives on a regular basis.... ones that we plan and make them happen .... others happen on their own. Accept both the things happily and with a smile.
Great downs are foundations of great ups. Dont get stuck .... move on. Continue to be the best to handle ups and downs .... rest leave it to the unknown, come what may.

Glance at what happened and what may happen next but be firm and aware of the RIGHT NOW MOMENT, COME WHAT MAY.   

Lows are good
