I had always desired that once the systems are in place, things should happen on their own. -LbnRaj

"I had always desired that once the systems are  in place, things should happen on their own. Things do happen ... say for some time. 
Things dont happen later after some time. 
Humans have a tendency to read things between the lines. Unless the team leader is in-charge, fully in-charge for the do's and donts of the Team, things may stop working.... however structured the system is.
