Lots of problems in life, lot of tension? ......

Now I realise, that I need to be simple and simplistic. Being simple is no easy a job. We  have been continuously taught how to be unreal, how to be pretending, how to be that which we are not, ..... It is such a hammering that truth appears to be so unusual and so awkward

How to start being simple. No short cuts, just one good advice, you need to be simple, plain, as it is and thatsit.
Try this lesson once, I know you will hate the very idea. You can do any great thing in this world, but being simple.. is a tough proposition.
