"Your tolerance is a gifted quality which you can be proud of, you can opt to continue for, come what may.  Your tolerance often can put u down, can make others to put you to the ground, tear you to pieces, can disfigure you, can make you lifeless and sad and dejected and helpless.  All said and done, it is worth living with, worth being proud of, and worthy of living by.  Be tolerant be positive, be hopeful, come what may.  The best of eternal forces continue to be with you, come what may.  Continue to smile, continue to be what you are.
